Aarna Agarwal

Aarna is a self-motivated and driven student studying in Grade 12 at Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun. She has developed a deep liking for psychology and continues to explore different facets of the subject through academic as well as extra-curricular initiatives, including summer courses at Johns Hopkins University and Arizona State University, and internships with leading psychologists. As an artist herself, she believes that art has the power to make one capable of better utilizing therapeutic/psychological practices. She has, in the past, performed Kathak and written poetry about important social topics. Combining her passion for social work and making a positive difference with her creativity, empathy, and liking for the arts, Aarna hopes to make a tangible impact in the lives of children through Project Funkaar Studio.
